MIARE: Minimum Information About an RNAi experiment

Introduction

The MIARE activity will aim to develope bioinformatics tools and scientific standards to support high throughput interference RNA screening. In particular this activity is core in the establishment of the MIARE (Minimum Information about an RNAi Experiment) standard and the creation of ontologies, data models and standard for the exchange of RNAi experimental data. MIARE is similar in scope to other biological Minimum Information (MI) standards such as MIAME, MIACA and MIAPE.
