Using Matlab on Eddie
MATLAB Distributed Computing Engine, used in conjunction with Distributed Computing Toolbox, enables MATLAB users to execute distributed and parallel applications on a computer cluster. This feature has been implemented on eddie integrated with Sun Grid Engine batch system. Users could either submit Matlab jobs from cluster frontends or lauch a Matlab job from their desktops or department workstations.
